Fnb online licencse renewal

I renewed my license on 26 August the monies was deducted from my account R813 Ref 687811, when I go into navigate life into License Renewal progress there is nothing Since Monday 11 September I have been battling with secure chat who sent me from pillar to post. When I finally got hold if RTMC on Thursday they advised FNB took the money they need to sort it out. Back to secure chat and after the 5th adviser I decided to drive to the bank who was also sent from pillar to post and by being advised I must log a formal complaint on the FNB site, which I immediately did. Got someone coming back on Friday afternoon, and it's Tuesday morning and nothing is resolved. The problem here is that I will in 2 days drive with an unlicensed vehicle, I can be locked up and my car impounded, FNB has got no matter of urgency when they are the ones that messed up. Now apparently they must wait for a technical team to approve a bulk refund. I don't have a bulk problem. I have a very SERIOUS one.
