FNB Online Issues taking forever!

*** This is getting ridiculous! Over a month now not able to logon to my 2 FNB Business accounts! Made several attempts to get this sorted out. Solofeng Madiba just does not get back to you at all. Spend over two hours with Online Banking and they cannot give me direct login details to work! Seriously thinking of moving my business accounts away from FNB. Not the service they adverise.
