FNB Online: Incremental steps backwards!
What is wrong with your systems?! I've changed my contact email address everywhere online and i still had phone you to change my in_contact address after changing it online. today i receive my investment statement still on my old address!!
Online ContactUs doesn't work and your mobile motif menu changes from 2 months ago is still on the website which look **** and is difficult to operate.
Incremental steps backwards!
