FNB ONLINE - *********** CONSULTANTS

Am I the only only one experiencing so much incompetence with FNB Online Banking? I spoken to 3 different consultants for more a combined total of 1 hour on a query that I believe was pretty simple. I was made to hold the line on each occasion and never got a response from the consultants. I this is not happening for the first time anyway. The Secure Chat facility on the App is a disaster as well. I never received joy on either platform including their so called 'FNB PRIVATE WEALTH' suite.

Well done FNB. I hope one day I will find a bank with the better service that what you currently dishing out to your clients.
