FNB ONLINE ***** - R25 000

Someone committed card ***** online on my moms card and she lost more than 25 THOUSAND RANDS !! The person was *****ing the money by “purchasing things online” in amounts of 7-9 THOUSAND which amounted up to more than 25 THOUSAND RANDS !!!! She wasn’t getting those messages that you get when you are using your card online yet money was leaving her account.

She realized the next day when she was trying to withdraw 3K at the ATM when the machine swallowed her card and said that her card is being ****med.

She went to report the matter IMMEDIATELY (23 DECEMBER) at the FNB Mall of The North Branch.

The girl who was helping her messed up her things and she had to redo everything and lodge complaints with the ***** Division. Now they are telling her that she reported the matter too late and won’t refund her !!! How can she just lose R25 000 and be expected to let go ?
