FNB ONLINE ENTERPRISE - POOR SERVICE

FNB online business enterprise. Been unsuccessful in activating online banking for over a month now (first official call logged 07 Aug), I keep getting told someone will call you - to no avail. Considering closing my business account with them and moving elsewhere, service has been pathetic.
