FNB ONLINE
I have been locked out of my FNB Online app . I am travelling in Vietnam , MTN does not operate in Vietnam so I cannot receive an OTP . I have explained this to multiple staff members at FNB , but no solution , just getting ignored . I have to make transactions end April & need my app to be functional . I have been phoning all given nr's on the website but I just getting ignored , some just cut the call

- My card is working fine at the ATM
- I've been locked out of my online app
- I travel in Vietnam at the moment
- MTN doesn't operate in Vietnam so I cannot change my password without the OTP
- I have to transact tomorrow & I get no help or assistance from FNB
- I have provided FNB 7 ways on how to communicate with myself
- I keep on getting the same emails from FNB , I suggest human intervention
- I want this case to be escalated to management or executive level
