FNB Online - constant maintenance messing up online banking

FNB is constantly doing maintenance to FNB Online (the FNB website for online banking), adding new unnecessary elements and essentially making the site unusable while under maintenance.

This maintenance also tends to slow down or reverse pending payments both to our account and from it. Payments I've made only debit money off the account 5 or 6 days later. You never know what the balance of your account should be due to payments (both incoming and outcoming) getting delayed by the system suffering from ongoing maintenance.

I don't understand why this excessive maintenance needs to be done to the site. Even if necessary, it's shouldn't shut down most of the site's functionality for hours or days. Unacceptable!
