FNB online card purchase disaster

Ordered product online with FNB Virtual card. They shift amount to pending so the merchant doesn’t get paid. The merchant cancels the order. This has happened twice with different merchants, but FNB blames the merchant. Now can't purchase anything as pending amounts are indicated as expenditure. Spent hours with FNB assistance, useless.
