FNB Online Business Registration full of glitches

I recently used the FNB business registration service on their website to register my business with CIPC. It looked fairly simple and inexpensive. I filled in the online forms and submitted my application, the process was smooth until I was informed that I hadn't clicked on the reserve names sections of the Private Company registration and therefore my company would only be a K number and I would have to do a name reservation seperately.
I tried to do that via the CIPC website and couldn't get past the "update my details" page and the website kept routing me in circles.
I then contacted FNB to ask them to help me sort the issue out as they had initiated the registration process and thus should be able to sort out any glitches in the process for the sake of the client who has paid FNB for the service.
They couldn't help me, and so began an almost three month rant on the phone with various people to get someone to help me find a solution to the problem and nobody could help me.
With each new consultant that called me I would have to repeat myself again and again, i was transferred from department to department and nobody could rectify the problem.

At this stage my husband ALSO decided to try the online business registration service via FNB website, he ensured that he clicked on the name reservation button and was given the same outcome...no reserved name, just a K number. He now ALSO has to register a name reservation seperately (R50.00) additional to the FNB fee.

After not geeting any help from ********** with his promises that someone would get in touch with me, I took matters into my own hands and contacted the CIPC myself. Only to discover that my personal details had a glitch in, the FNB online registration process had somehow put half my surname in with my first name and it was throwing the CIPC website out and their (CIPC) web department had to fix it for me.
I have since been able to reserve my company name - the exact same name I originally app**** for via FNB that they said was unavailable - and have now received my papers for my company in the name that I wanted right from the start THREE MONTHS LATER!

This service also includes the automatic opening of a business account, which is now in the K number name (ridiculous) and I will have to go into the bank to change that now.
I was also given no feedback about having to activate my business account or how to do the RICA, and when I called to ask where my cards were, they said the account wasn't active and i'd have to supply documentation.
Upon going into the bank this morning to sort this out I was told that it HAD already been done and they don't know why I haven't received my business cards, they have since been issued and should be arriving in a few days.

Why have a business registration service on your website if it has such painful glitches in it?? Why do your tellers have no clue what I'm talking about when I go into the bank to query it?
Why is your call centre help line in the CIPC department so useless that they couldn't resolve the issue for me?

Why does it take three months to get ANY kind of solution...well I didn't get a solution from FNB side, I had to take my 34 week pregnant belly into the bank and stand in a queue for 45 minutes and sit with a consultant for half an hour to relsolve it.

I spent two half hour phone calls with the CIPC and resolved that issue myself aswell, at an additional cost of R50 for the name reservation, that was supposed to have been done in the first place.

Now I realise in the bigger picture I'm just a small fish in the business pond, but surely from a customer service point of view it shouldn't matter what size the fish is?

So very dissappointed with FNB online business registration department, shut that part of your website down before you hurt yourselves!!!
