FNB Online banking with PayPal doesn't exist

I went to FNB Tubatse Crossing today just before 5pm, I might have been the last person in because they closed their doors after I left. I wanted to open an account to allow me to withdraw from PayPal. There two ladies there asked me how much I'll be depositing into my account per month. I told them that I don't know I just want a normal account I can withdraw with because PayPal said that they'll be able to help me. They said that they can't help me if I don't know how much i'm getting per month because their accounts depend on the wages of their holders. I had to leave without getting any help from them. The guy they were with then stood up to close the door behind me. I have never had such treatment from any bank staff. I don't know how things are done at FNB but I found that odd and ridiculous.
