On the 15th February 2022 a problem with online banking payment platform was reported where entire payment batches were lost and effectively had to be reloaded as many as three times before it would be effected. 20 Screenshots of the problem was sent to FNB from the 16th of February to present. This morning the disappearing payment batch after it is confirmed using the FNB banking App continues.
