FNB Online banking- limits exceeded

For 6 to 8 months now, whenever I am travelling and using a different internet connection, FNB Online banking gives me a "Limits Exceeded" error even though I am nowhere near the account limits, even when transferring between accounts or to pay listed recipients. Currently I cannot pay SARS VAT or even do a transfer to the credit card. Apparently, I need to call in each time to verify it is me, if I want to use a different internet connection. Or some procedure, where I need to be online on the app at the same time as logged onto internet banking or use the Mobile APP… so I must pay 30 staff members using the mobile app? In December staff members were paid late because of this very issue. All of these solutions are a huge waste of time for all parties, especially myself, the customer. We are in a remote rural area and have 3 different internet connections in case the other is down. Whenever I must change connections, due to circumstance beyond our control I cannot make use of Internet Banking. This defeats the object of internet banking. What happens when I am overseas or at a remote location without telephone connection, with only satellite internet and my banking does not work and I need to make urgent lifesaving payment? No one seems to have the will to find a solution, it is always blah, blah, blah the same stuff, but not a solution. I have called in numerous occasions to Online banking, Premier Banking, my local business manager, but it is always more of the same, and it seems that I know more about how the FNB Online banking system than most FNB managers and staff.
