FNB - online banking issues

My dad is 83 years old and is hard of hearing etc. Im overseas and was transacting on his behalf & in the middle of this got an error message 99999. I cannot process any payment which is such a big problem. I can't expect him to go to branch to sort it out. He can't call either so not sure what is going on. Its such a struggle to use your money coz you are banking with the guys who claim "HOW CAN WE HELP YOU"!!
