Fnb online banking hasn't worked in 2 weeks laid dozens of complaints haven't received feedback

How can one man have so many problems with one bank honestly. You guys are so full of ****! I have laid complaints that my fnb app is not working I received one phone call could she help me? No I cannot get into my FNB app nor online banking! I cannot do anything! If this doesn't get resolved ASAP I will be going to the banking arbitsman with all problems involved and I will be taking legal action!
