FNB online banking - Forex option has gone AWOL and getting an E-96 error for my PayPal a/c

The Forex option has disappeared from online banking. And when I click on my PayPal a/c in the Accounts section, I get an E-96 error. This was working a few days ago. I have been withdrawing money from PayPal through FNB for YEARS and every six months or so I get this kind of problem and have to spend half a day trying to get through to support. I am losing money, guys. So, in answer to your question "How may we help you?", get this sorted. I need MY money. I am upset, angry, frustrated and inconvenienced.

Most of the time, the platform works fine, but this fail is unacceptable. Can you not put a message on the page when there is a problem explaining you are looking into this "technical" difficulty? Assuming you DO have monitoring software that detects there is a problem. OR, is this somehow MY fault?
