FNB Online Banking for Homeloan account gives errors

I'm trying to access funds from my Homeloan account. I do not bank with FNB, but trying to transfer money to my nominated account at Investec. I've spent more than 2 hours at the Durbanville branch on Saturday without my issue being resolved. I've spent all of this time on the phone in the branch, being transferred between Homeloans and Online Banking numerous times explaining the same issue over and over again. The one department says it's not their error, and so I got transferred back and forth.

A ticket was logged eventually because it's an technical error I was told. On informing about progress today I was told the issue is resolved, but still I can't to a payment from online banking. (HL007ZAN1.FNB)

If I click on Pay next to my account, without specifying any amount is "Some errors have occurred... (E-96) The transaction could not be completed. Please contact Home Loans at...."

If I go into my profile to view limits I also get an error. (E-90909) Limits Service currently unavailable.

I've just spent another 30min on the phone again explaining to Homeloans what the issue is. They transferred me to Online Banking. Online Banking again said it's not their error and wanted me to speak to Homeloans again, explaining everything all over again to a new consultant, then I got cut-off. :(

I've had it with trying the conventional methods of trying to resolve this issue. Seems like social media is the channel to use to resolve these issues.

I'm tired of speaking to multiple people where no-one can help with my issue.

I need to transfer money urgently to my nominated account.

I've had two calls, only informing that it's with a different department now. Still no solution as to how to get the money out of the account. The ping-pong game continues... I've even asked if I must open a normal transaction account, just to transfer the money out, instead of doing a payment, but the agent could confirm that this will work.

Still no feedback. But at least this morning I can see my nominated account, but I can't do a limit change because I need to enter my card number and pin number. I don't have a card and pin, What now?? It's going to take too long to transfer the amount of R400 000 with the current limit.
