FNB online banking for easy zero PayPal

Good day

I am trying to register for FNB online banking without any success. I need to transfer payments from my pay pal account to my FNB easy zero account. I opened the easy zero account online. I received an account number. I then went on pay pal to link the account number with routing number as well. I then got directed to FNB. I tried to register and it said invalid. I tried to create a profile. Said I already had a username. I tried to request my username and password using forgotten prompts. Said it could not be processed at the time. I have tried several times! I then got a message to say my brand new easy zero account is on hold, to take mu ID and visit an FNB branch. I did. Only for them to take my finger prints, not issue me a card, to tell me they are unable to remove the hold, that they have sent an email. They told me I would receive and sms in 48 hrs to say I need to return to the bank to collect my card and stuff. It has been over 4 days now. Initially the lady even said that PayPal could not be linked with FNB, but I have read it everywhere that it can. Why is my new account on hold? Why am I unable to create an online banking profile? Why does it say I have a username but when I try to request it using forgotten prompts, it gives me a system error. I mean come on, it's a few hundreds that I want to transfer out of my PayPal account. Why is it such a task to do this? I won't even get to the issue where my sisters received their cards but when I try to create a profile for them it says card not found. So tell me how were they issued cards on the system then? So I am guessing I need to visit another branch for them to tell me it can and can't be done.
