FNB online banking - Don't tell me I need business enterprise!!!

I have been with FNB for 7 Years. My company turnover should be over R50 000 000 this year. I have been sent from pillar to post in regards to internet banking. I have been on FNB Business Enterprise for a while. I find it very expensive and complicated to use. I am back on normal business banking.

I need the following. There are only 2 people in my company with access to my bank account. My PA and I. From her profile, I want her to load payments while I am on the road and on sites during the day. She must get OTP pins on her own phone. Then in the evening I would like to release payments. That is it... When I go into branches, they tell me its possible but I need to phone internet banking. When I phone internet banking its a different story.

At the moment I let my PA make and release the payments with my log in details. She recently made a R80 000 mistake.

I will give FNB one last chance to assist me in this regard. If they again tell me for my simple business I need to get business enterprise I will move my business to another bank. I have already been talking to 2 other banks and they both have this function.
