FNB Online Banking Deminished Functionality.

FNB Online banking problems. FNB Online Banking is loosing functionality and the restricting the allowable time that you can be active on the payment platform. As an Online Banking user of more than 10 years, currently I am having my worst experience because FNB NOT is responding to the problem. This experience started on the 15th February 2022, reported through call center support. On the 22rd February 2022 submitted a formal complaint. Since then only automated replies with reference numbers , but NO further communication NOR any improvement NOR returning to previous functionality.
