FNB Online Banking/ Banking App

Been with FNB for the past 15 years and only experiencing problems with their services as of late. Not sure how the "best digital bank" digital services cannot function correctly. Been having trouble logging into the banking app for two weeks went into FNB branch today and sorted it out, only for the app to kick me out again and now I'm back at square one.
