FNB Online Banking - BAD SERVICE FOR LOYAL CUSTOMER

Hi Jacques Hope you are doing well. I have been battling to get this request resolved for more than 3 weeks now and my problem is not resolved – I even got 2 reference nr: ***NF / *** NF. I have even logged a complaint on Hellopeter , but even that does not seem to have any affect either. I am keep on getting sms that my complaint has been assigned to the Customer Resolution Centre and that I will be contacted shortly – Nobody has contacted me since / bothers to contact me. The irony is that I do not have this problem on the FNB app , but only on Online Banking and it is only for this share (BHG)- BHP Billiton , which already creates doubt in my mind that your 2 platforms are not in sync. Just a interesting fact – See attached documents ( stats and bhg-share problem ). Since I have starting using the share investor account , I have done 790 transactions , roughly @ say +- R 120.00 which equates to the amount of R 94 800. This is the amount that I have paid in broker fees to your bank etc , and this does not include the total of my monthly installment of R 89 currently. I have been using the share investor account since wayback in 24 December 2008. I do not bug your share department everyday – maybe I have a question once a year on average. This is the service that I now receive after being a loyal customer so many years. I do not think its fair/do not appreciate the treatment/service I have received so far from your bank – I would like to know what your opinion is on this situation ? Can I ask you to escalate this please so that this can be resolved ?
