FNB online Banking

Hi there. I've been trying for the past 2 weeks just to open an online banking account and link it to my paypal account. I went to the first branch and they opened up a normal banking account and not a online banking account and this was after i explained to them what i was trying to do. I went to a different branch and had the same error that i received at home when trying to register for this service and after waiting more than an hour on hold, they told me about an internet connection. I sent numerous emails and get no response back. I'm literally just wasting my money for Uber, Data and airtime with you guys and all this just to use paypal.
