FNB online bank statements nightmare
FNB stopped emailing (or posting) bank statements several months ago. Now I am trying to access statements older than five months online, and am unable to access them.
The online 'download older statements' tab is utterly ridiculous. It requests dates for statements, but returns a 'no items to display' each time once types in dates.
It is our legal right to have access to statements about our own money. I am unable to send SARS the necessary documentation for the tax year, as a result of FNB's incomprehensible inability to engage with its customers about the most simplistic of things: bank statements.
FNB, how are you going to resolve this? And immediately - not when convenient to you.

20 Oct 2021, 11:55Thank-you. I look forward to an urgent response, given that SARS requires these statements by law. It is preposterous that I am unable to access them. I expect a response and resolution within 48 hours.
