FNB Online application is a waste of time

When they advertise about online application they make it seem like it will take a few days and easy but thats the biggest lie.

I app**** for a business account on the 23rd September but till today I havent received an account number. I have called more than 10 times asking for assistance everyone pushing me to another dead end.

The last person that assisted me was Phumzile Mzinyane who asked me to send the documents of which I sent 2days after my application but I did send her 3days ago, the only response I got from her was a confirmation of receipt of documents. I sent follow up emails to her but no response and its 3days now.

I am really dissappointed
