FNB Online App is broken when it comes to Paypal

There is very limited functionality via the online app. The bank delayed my overseas Paypal withdrawal due to the weekend. It was transferred last week but due to the weekend, it should have cleared on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. It has not cleared yet.

Even worse, your Paypal and Forex menus are completely gone. They cannot be accessed and therefore I cannot see the status of my withdrawal or where my funds are.

Instead I get the following error: embedded.FNB.co.za's server IP address cannot be found.

This is completely unacceptable. I need that money for monthly expenses and furthermore, I need to be able to withdraw more funds via Paypal as this is the source of my income.

Sort this out ASAP please. I also requested that FNB contacts me via email to resolve this, not telephonically as I wish to have a paper trail.
