FNB Online

Recently opened a youth account with FNB, and I cant set up the app. It rejects all my details from ID number, card number and pin, which is frustrating because the card works when i use it. I went as far as going to the branch to change my pin after my card was deactivated, but the website still says my login details are wrong. I have tried from both my phone and PC and nothing works, also trying to link my paypal but it wont allow me yoh!
