FNB Ongoing issues Un-resolved

FNB is not phoning or answering emails for the last 2 weeks. This is POOOOOOR!!!!

I have been sending emails, requested document, keep on making notes here, but nobody is giving feedback.

For a bank that is 2nd worst on the "worst banks in South Africa" you should think that they will at least try to get some of the complaints turned over to compliments.

But no, issues remain issues, a promise that somebody will phone you back is a empty promise.

Please change your slogan to how can we NOT assist you.
