FNB - ONGOING COMPLAINT

I just wanted to bring it to your attention that still to date the issue with FNB have not been resolved, I have once again sent numerous emails to *** and cc’s *** in the mails, no answer?? Also take note that the telephone number provided by Bridgette (Bridgette Gwatyu - Commercial Recoveries Analyst - Tel: +***8) also does not exist? Do I really have to revert back to Hello Peter to get answers and a response from FNB? When will this issue be resolved because this has now been dragging on since 2018???
