FNB: One big broken mess!!!

I am trying to withdraw funds from my 32-day account (01/04/2021), I need money urgently for the long weekend and I am willing to even pay the early withdrawal fee of R87. I get on the FNB website to perform this transaction but I keep getting an "Error:50", stating that I must try again later. After trying several times with no luck. I then contact an FNB banker via the app and I get hold of one, they then tell me that they can perform this transaction for me but it will cost me R337 now in penalties. I am desperate to get this done now (01/04/2021) because I was previously informed that money is not released from an investment account over holidays and weekends. And currently, I am capable of performing this transaction myself but the system is throwing an error, the same bank with a broken system wants me to pay an arm and a leg for them to do what I can do on my behalf????

What kind of ******ion scheme is FNB running? Why is it so hard for one to get access to their money when they need it? This bank is becoming a shadow of what it used to be, what nonsense service is this?
