FNB One Account - Money making scheme for FNB?

I am now trying to determine how to increase my down payment on my One Account for three to four weeks. Today I phoned the one account number five times. Every time they \put me through\" but nothing happens. Just silence and a very eerie sound.<br> Eventually I phoned Litez Williams but she could only advise me how to split the account.(She sent me the forms previously but in the mean time I determined that one can change the down payment on the one account)<br> Ms Williams referred the enquiry to Memory and she phoned me back and told me how to change the amount of the monthly payment on the one account!! It is thus possible!!<br> My experience is that FNB personnel is not well trained and know absolutely nothing about the one account. I have a very strong feeling that FNB keeps the one account details secret based on how I struggled to get the information from them. Especially about the increase of the payments. It is obviously not in their favour if one pays your home loan off quicker than the contract period.<br> One account has me very very worried and I am looking at other options. <br> "
