FNB once again WILL NOT BE OF ASSISTANCE!!!

Still waiting for a call from homeloans for assistance when I called the lady cut call and said she could not assist me before even taking down any of my details to check I investigated myself and there is a way to assist me and I need someone to call me I made a complaint regarding secure chat - and when I attempted to make another complaint I was un able to and had to make a comment on my previous complaint to date this has not happened

quickly someone could call about cession of homeland today but no one can call me when I need assistance absolutely unacceptable!
