FNB Once Again Blocks My Account for 6 days in a row.......

FNB continuously block my accounts but on Friday they blocked my SARS refund stating they received instructions from SARS. SARS have confirmed that they have not given any such notification and the funds should be free. FNB has not only block the SARS deposit but my entire bank account since Friday. SARS requested proof of the notification, FNB has ignored this request saying it will take 48hrs for feedback on an account that today has been blocked for 6 days, existing balance and SARS deposit included.
