FNB On the Go...I mean On The NO!!!

So FNB offers the eBucks on the Go Promotion where you can get a meal from Wimpy if you are on the right level. A Great promo! Finally you get something free....but that's if it works! It never works! either you cannot scan your code or the code gets scanned and it fails, the code it entered and it still fails so instead of getting a nice meal for free and thinking you're being rewarded you end up having to pay for the meal anyway!!! Way to go FNB, will I ever be able to use this or is it just a nice little **** you have once again, taking money and leaving empty promises. Thanks for nothing! sometimes worry that I do my banking with this bank - never realised it has such terrible customer service....
