FNB "on-road protect" on the NAV / car section of the FNB app is a ripoff. Do not subscribe to this policy with FNB.
The on-road protect offer with FNB is not supported by FNB. None of there call centre staff can direct you to someone that manages this product and its impossible to then cancel this "on-road" protect policy @R95 per month. So you pay for this product monthly but when there is an issue, you cannot claim or cancel this offer. If you stop this debit order of a product from FNB, FNB then charges you for not being able to assist the customer.
