FNB "on-road protect" on the NAV / car section of the FNB app is a ripoff. Do not subscribe to this policy with FNB.
FNB "on-road protect" on the NAV / car section of the FNB app is a ripoff. Do not subscribe to this policy with FNB.
Decided to cancel this policy that was offered by FNB but no consultant know about this and can assist. The on-road protect offer with FNB is not supported by FNB. None of there call centre staff can direct you to someone that manages this product and its impossible to then cancel this "on-road" protect policy @R95 per month. So you pay for this product monthly which is such a waste of money for a service that no-one at FNB know about. If you stop this debit order of a product from FNB, FNB then charges you for not being able to assist the customer.
This is a ******* - don't subscribe.
