FNB on permanent tea breaks/lunch/holiday!

I urgently need to get hold of the Premier Credit Card Services.

Ive tried calling the 4 different numbers listed on FNBs website with it only ringing once and then dropping dead.

I then tried the Secure Chat. I explained to the guy what the problem is and he immediately put me through to the Premier Credit Card Services section. Ive been waiting now for over half an hour and no one has responded to my "Hello" as yet.

I cannot go to FNB because firstly i dont own a vehicle and everyone i know works each day. I was also in a horrible accident a week ago, so my whole left leg is in cast.

I urgently need FNB to solve my problem!
