FNB ***** on my Virtual Card
Hello I am very disappointed at FNB at this moment, I just got Messages on my app that they were transaction Authorised from my account with my Virtual card and amount of R1100 was taken out of my account, I wonder how was this possible as we are always told at FNB is unlikely to be ****med with a virtual card as the CVV number expire every after an hour but now my money is gone how I am wondering

23 May 2024, 17:09I contacted FNB via secure chat and I was told to call ***** department for assistance, how do I call ***** when I just been ****med money from my account where do I get money to call ***** were I am going to be put on hold for over an hour on the call???????????????????
