FNB on line chat not fun

I had a case of ***** on my account on 5/06/2024 Trying to get a response from the secure chat is not fun, i would rather book a prostate exam. I have been bounced around between departments but the best is you get a message that that someone will get back to you, then you get a message that the chat has ended because I haven't responded in time
