I have been trying for almost 24 hours to change my banking cell number with Fab. Have got the run-around from every department I have been transferred to..... What an absolute nightmare !!!!!

Once again the reply indicates I should expect a reply between 24-48 hours.
In all honesty I can open a new account with a different bank in a shorter time period.
It is so difficult to get good customer service these days.
