Fnb on call ****

Hi. Hi joined FNB on call more then a year ago. They started assisting me with a civil matter also a year ago. I had to report them a few months ago after nothing happened with the appointed attorneys and no emails or calls to fnb were answered. After the hello peter report they finally contacted me and moved my case to another laywer. After nothing again proceded I was informed by the laywer that FNB wont pay her and are not answering her calls and complaints. I have never come accross such a **** of a bussiness who takes your moneyt every month and not giving anything in return. I see this as breech of contract that I signed with them and feel they should be reported to the legal counsil of SA. I am going to loose my case in court because of their negligance and will hold them responsible for all further damages.
