FNB On Call (Leagal) useless straight up lie

I've been with them for a few months. 2 Weeks ago my supplier accused me of being behind on payments and sent me a list. I sent them pop for everything on the list. The supplier then said they assigned that money to bad debt which is not even my account so now I'm behind. Everything was fine this year up an till this email.

FNB refuses to help me became they say they can only help up and till September when I got the policy, but this is something that happed now.

So if another supplier does this right now and says it was from two years ago they also wont help. What a disappointed from FNB.
