FNB on Call - Lawrence (person allocated my matter)
I lodged a case with FNB law on call. The agent who is meant to assist me has not returned to me on my matter. I keep calling him but the line is never available and I have emailed him repeatedly. Is it not enough that I am paying my monthly premium, I resigned from my previous employer due to unfair treatment and now people I’m paying each month without fail are giving me bad treatment as well. I want them to refund all the premiums I’ve paid to them.
