FNB Offers their clients the products they don't need
I have the following products with FNB
- Home Loan - Personal Loan - Cheque Account - Savings Account - Business Account
I have app**** for a +\- R40k Credit Card, yet FNB who has all my banking portfolio has declined me for due to a credit score which is 664 if clear score is anything to write home about. However, FNB is still willing to offer me a revolving loan of R300k, yet not the Credit Card Product that I need, a Smart Device Solution, yet not a Credit Card Product that I need, A Fusion Account, yet not a Credit Card Product that I need, an account upgrade, yet not a Credit Card Product that I need, listen I could go really on. What then is the point of having you as my bank when you offer me things I have no use for currently? Dear FNB, please respond with why I should continue having my portfolio with you.
I was sent an SMS that a consultant would call me, they never did. I had to chat to your virtual stuff today, and they had something to say about my credit score which has been stable this entire year. Are you FNB saying that I should seek a credit card from another bank when you're right there?
Please, make it make sense for me.
