Fnb offers skip payments in Jan if your loan is up to date but they still debit your account

When you have a personal loan with fnb and you are up to date and never missed any payments fnb offers skip payment in Jan for there clients? Why do they still debit your account if that is the arrangement? I even got a message on my app which if you approve and don't want to skip Jan you accept and they debit your account like normal! I did not accept and wanted the skip option in Jan! So why do fnb still take the money? I want fnb to refund the debit order as was arranged by fnb themself
