FNB OFFERS R 7000 LOAN & 46% INTEREST ON A MONTHLY INCOME OF R 3.2M

I lodged a complaint with FNB' (Don't) care line 23 Oct for being offered a rediculess R 7000 at 46% interest despite recieving R 3.2m income in the prior month or so. 10 Days later still no feedback....what's new?
