FNB offers a service on their app that doesn't exist

How PATHETIC is FNB? I used their app to renew 4 of my vehicle licenses in September and have logged numerous complaints at the bank, via emails, via the FNB app and via Hellopeter but to dat FNB has not contacted me. Even though I paid for this non existent service which they have on the FNB app, FNB constantly emails me to say we have sent a urgent complaint but nothing comes of it! NO FNB, be proactive and get involved. I am sure you can do more that that? I am coming to you as I paid for this service using you app. So you involved. How many more complaints should I send? When will I receive my license. Elandi Fourie and Tamryn Christie at road protect are completely hopeless. When they do respond to me they simply make the same worthless promises. I DONT need promises I simply want my licenses that I paid for in September. So you statement goes: How can we help you?! You can help me by sorting this mess out and having my licenses that I paid for in September delivered to my home. I PAID for this damn service and I am so frustrated. So I should contact Carte Blanche and hopefully they will get answers from you. I received my 2nd fine as my car is unlicensed so I am now fearful to go anywhere and park my car. Is that FAIR? Why do you have a service on your app and is run like a damn ****a shop. You should be so embarrassed that you actually support Road Protect. I need my licenses as in today, I can no longer drive a unlicensed vehicle. If someone must personally get in their vehicle and go and renew my 4 licenses then so be it. I just want my licenses. Is that a big ask? I need you to get involved and sort this mess out today. I don't want a automated email as that doesn't help me. I am livid!
