FNB offering TERRIBLE ATM service

I had the wonderful experience of using the FNB ATM in Athlone park ( where the checkers center is).... I needed R1,000 but received R950 cash and a voucher... Like what the Actual hell???? . Does checkers or pick n Pay accept these vouchers??? Because i haven't seen anyone using it! FNB tells me I need to come to the bank and cash the voucher??? If i wanted to go to a branch and take out money dont you think i would have done that. Is this the type of service FNB customers receive? This is ridiculous!!! FNB provide feedback?!!?! Your call center do not have any answers.
