FNB Offer no protection to their clients

If you ever intend transacting on the internet, whatever you do, do not bank with FNB. They refuse to entertain complaints or queries regarding ********** transactions. I transacted with an institution over 2 years ago, a couple of weeks ago the took funds from my account, or shall I say FNB allowed them to take funds from my account. it was an international transaction and FNB made no attempt to verify the transaction. Now they are refusing to reverse the transaction unless I provide them with correspondence that does not exist. I am about to close all my accounts business, personal and investment and move to another bank that does protect it's clients from **********.
