FNB Now not First but last

Fnb ATM shut down while I was drawing money and the closing doors nearly injured my hands I had to quicly pull away this is a serious issue that need to be adressed. After this happenned my cark was kept in the machine and cancelled automatically .I ordered a new card and FNB called to set a delivery date for 2 days later.Nothing was delivered.I then receive a sms message from the courier to state that they treid to deliver but Im was not at home.this is a lieAs i am running a business from home and is always there and according to FNB the courier was supposed to contact me beforehand to set a date and time. a few days later FNB called again to ask the adress for a second time and now they wanted me to pick up the card from the branch that is 35 km from me.I opted for home delivery when i ordered that card.Fnb delivered my other account card at home now they have issues with the couriers and in staed of sorting it out they want to inconvenience customers.
